La Chambre d'Ella
The generous spaces of the room are furnished with elegance and taste. The bed canopy is authentic, from the 16th century, in gilded wood and gauzy fabric; the textile is from the 18th century, just like the two small and rare étagères. The table is a rarity, a "Charles X" with a grey marble top from 1840. The large gilded wooden frame in front of you comes from a Venetian palace: it was on the ceiling with a painting. Now there are the TV and DVD player!
The angels on the door at the entrance invite you to enter and find your privacy. A small kitchen is at your disposal for breakfast or quick lunches; the bathroom has a large shower. The view of the canal and the passing gondolas make the room even more special. A special room, rich in precious decorative elements, with private entrance and view over the Rio del Gaffaro.
